Mr. Suniti Varma, Corporate Advisor, Based in New Delhi
With Master’s degree in English literature from Punjab University, Chandigarh, followed by PG Diploma in Marketing Management, Suniti has an overall experience of over 38 years. Ranging from marketing to market research to corporate planning, his experience makes him an ideal choice for clients who need end-to-end joint venture handling. Mr. Siddharth Verma, Sales & Marketing Head
Mr. Siddharth is a highly accomplished international marketing professional with over 18 years of experience in sales, marketing, import-export, and global business development. With deep specialization in home furnishing and textiles, the food sector, and agricultural machinery such as tractors, he has built a robust career grounded in practical expertise and strategic insight.
Having lived in Poland for 8 years, Mr. Siddharth gained significant exposure to the European market, particularly within the textile and manufacturing sectors. His on-ground experience in one of Europe’s largest textile hubs—Lodz, Poland has equipped him with a thorough understanding of trade practices, customer behavior, and market entry strategies in Europe. In addition, he has developed strong professional linkages across Asia, making him an expert in cross-continental business development and market expansion.
Since 2011, Mr. Siddharth has been a core member of Pacific Consultants, currently serving as the Sales and Marketing Head. VINAY GUPTA – Executive Vice Chairman ( Corporate ) and International Fashion Choreographer & Couturier
Vinay Gupta is one of India’s leading fashion choreographer and internationally renowned model trainer. He entered into choreographing fashion shows in the year 1999 at a very prime age and became one of India’s pioneers who created a strong name for India in the world of fashion modeling. Along with choreography which had always remained his passion, he has done his masters in Fashion designing and Merchandising from Pearl Academy of Fashion, New Delhi. He was also selected as one of the top 9 designers for designing the fashion wardrobe for the Miss India Pageant in the year 1997. He still remains the only choreographer to have done events with various international tourism boards such as Oman, Switzerland, Spain, Netherlands, Dubai, Hungary, Thailand, Sweden, Australia, United Kingdom, etc., with a vision to promote Indian culture abroad and improve cultural exchanges between countries.

AURELIO VOLPE, Director—Marketing & President of Scientific Committee, CSIL, Milano, Italy
Aurelio Volpe is Director of the Market Research Unit. He holds a degree in Economics and MSc in Business Administration from Bocconi University. In 1980 he co-founded CSIL. Over more than 30 years of working experience, he has gained a longstanding knowledge of industrial policies and has acquired a wide expertise in the field of competitiveness assessment, market performance analysis, design of competitiveness strategies, scenario analysis and industry benchmarking. He addresses frequent research issues including: competition analysis, country survey on new markets, partner research, trade satisfaction, delphi surveys, due diligence, product test. He has developed several strategic marketing and investment strategies for specific SMEs sectors at national and international level. He has provided operational advices to SMEs actors on market and investment opportunities in selected countries at national level.
